The Human Resources Business Partner, Senior Manager, serves as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to Wolverine Worldwide’s global enterprise functions, including Finance, Human Resources, Strategy, and Legal. This role aligns talent, leadership, and organizational strategies with business priorities to drive performance, strengthen organizational capability, and build a future-ready workforce. The HRBP, Senior Manager leads initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness, accelerate talent and succession outcomes, advance digital and AI-enabled ways of working, and develop the capabilities needed for long-term success.
