Responsibilities

• Key strategic partner for leadership and a valuable resource for team members
• Onboard, manage performance, and provide guidance to leaders and team members

Requirements

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in employee relations, talent acquisition, organizational strategy, or training and development
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate clearly and effectively at various organizational levels
• Reasoning, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to motivate teams and manage conflict
• Basic knowledge in word processing, spreadsheets, and computer systems

Pay

The pay range is $73,000.00 - $132,000.00. Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications.
