About the role
As an HR Business Partner at Mission Control – People, you will play a crucial role in supporting the organization's strategic objectives by partnering closely with business leaders to understand their needs and challenges. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that drive employee engagement, retention, and performance. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively across various departments.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to identify HR needs and develop strategies to support organizational goals.
- Develop and implement HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention, and performance.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations, performance management, and succession planning.
- Conduct regular assessments of HR processes and recommend improvements to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of HR policies and practices with business objectives.
- Support the recruitment process by working with the talent acquisition team to source, screen, and interview candidates.
- Manage employee relations issues and provide conflict resolution assistance as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding HR matters.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in HR, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex HR projects and initiatives.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with HRIS systems and other HR software tools.

Pay
Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually.
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, with occasional evening and weekend work as needed.
