As an HR Business Partner II, you’ll have the opportunity to influence how our teams work, grow, and thrive. Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders as a trusted advisor on coaching, career development, and employee relations.
- Drive performance management, goal setting, and employee engagement initiatives aligned with business strategy.
- Support organizational design, workforce planning, and succession strategies to enable growth and agility.
- Use HR metrics and data to identify trends, improve processes, and support retention and productivity.
- Champion a culture of inclusion, accountability, and continuous improvement through change initiatives.
- Lead HR-related projects and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Provide day-to-day employee support on benefits, pay, policies, and general employee relations.
- Manage key HR processes, including processing employee changes, opening requisitions, and administrative tasks.
This role requires balancing strategic priorities with day-to-day HR needs in a fast-paced, evolving environment. You’ll navigate complex organizational structures, support leaders through change, and help build a high-performing, people-centered culture.
Work Environment
You’ll work out of our Lakeville, MN corporate campus with hybrid flexibility (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in the office). The HR team operates in a matrixed structure, partnering closely with Talent Management, Learning, Talent Acquisition, and HR Operations. Tools like UKG, Tableau, and other HCM platforms support data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (required).
- Professional HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR (preferred).
- At least 5 years of HR experience, ideally in HR Generalist or HR Business Partner roles with a focus on employee relations.
- Experience in fast-paced corporate environments and navigating complex organizational structures; background in mergers and acquisitions is a plus.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building effective partnerships.
- Proficient in HRIS and HCM systems, including applicant tracking and talent management.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and handling sensitive, confidential information.

Pay
$80,166 – $118,645 per year.
