HR Business Partner – strategic liaison between HR, area leadership, and management. Focus on employee relations, performance management, conflict resolution, investigations, corrective action, talent acquisition, and compliance with bank policies and laws.
Responsibilities
- Partner with area leadership to develop strategic HR plans aligned with regional priorities.
- Serve as primary HR contact for assigned areas, coordinating with other HR teams to ensure timely support.
- Collaborate with managers to build and maintain a positive, professional, and high-performing team.
- Guide managers on talent acquisition, monitor progress, and provide assistance as needed.
- Assist with performance management, including corrective actions and performance improvement plans.
- Help resolve workplace issues and conduct internal investigations as assigned.
- Coordinate with HR Training Manager to deliver manager training.
- Provide advice and interpretation of human resource policies in relation to individual and bank objectives.
- Ensure HR activities comply with bank policy and applicable laws/regulations.
- Manage unemployment claims and hearings within designated area.
- Keep HR management informed of area activities and significant problems or concerns.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR operations plans, policies, procedures, and goals; recommend improvements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent management and associate relations experience and/or education.
- Human Resources Certification preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including employee relations, conflict resolution, and problem-solving.

- Language Ability: Read books, magazines, and manuals; prepare memos, reports, and essays with proper grammar; communicate clearly with varied tenses.
Schedule
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. 40 hours per week.
