Responsibilities
- Drive people/workforce strategy to achieve business outcomes
- Lead organizational design and effectiveness for integrated culture in Engineering
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders for large scale transformation initiatives
- Facilitate adoption of new operating models and workforce strategies
- Build partnerships with HW Engineering leaders for alignment with company objectives
- Deliver executive-ready reports, presentations, and recommendations
- Influence and build trust-based relationships through actionable insights
Qualifications
- University Degree or equivalent experience with minimum 10 years relevant experience, or Advanced Degree with minimum 8 years experience
- At least 4 years of experience in human resources
- Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in managing conflicting priorities while maintaining positive relationships
- Integrity in handling confidential information
- Able to influence without direct supervisory responsibilities
- Fluency in Workday and Microsoft Office products
