About the role
The Human Resource Business Partner will support a large, fast-growing e-commerce team in Plantation, FL. Key responsibilities include orientation, performance management, benefits administration, and employee relations.
Responsibilities
- Partner with managers to retain, develop, and motivate employees
- Work with leaders to develop and implement HR plans and solutions
- Administer and interpret customer care and corporate policies
- Address employee relations issues and balance interests of all parties
- Coach managers to build leadership capabilities
- Review and analyze data to improve performance, retention, and employee experience
- Collaborate with business leaders on projects and programs to enhance employee engagement, business performance, and retention
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5-7 years of HR or relevant business experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills
- High-quality document and report preparation
- Demonstrated ability to coach managers and supervisors
- Strong business acumen, including problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative
Qualifications
- Master’s degree preferred
- PHR certification preferred
