HR Business Partner - Customer Care

About the role

The Human Resource Business Partner will support a large, fast-growing e-commerce team in Plantation, FL. Key responsibilities include orientation, performance management, benefits administration, and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers to retain, develop, and motivate employees
• Work with leaders to develop and implement HR plans and solutions
• Administer and interpret customer care and corporate policies
• Address employee relations issues and balance interests of all parties
• Coach managers to build leadership capabilities
• Review and analyze data to improve performance, retention, and employee experience
• Collaborate with business leaders on projects and programs to enhance employee engagement, business performance, and retention

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5-7 years of HR or relevant business experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills
• High-quality document and report preparation
• Demonstrated ability to coach managers and supervisors
• Strong business acumen, including problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative

Qualifications

• Master’s degree preferred
• PHR certification preferred
