Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on people strategy and organizational effectiveness.
- Partner closely with global HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence to deliver enterprise HR initiatives.
- Lead talent reviews, calibration sessions, succession planning, and workforce planning.
- Coach leaders on performance management, employee engagement, leadership effectiveness, and organizational challenges.
- Advise on complex employee relations matters and performance management.
- Support organizational change, business transformation, and integration initiatives.
- Analyze workforce trends and engagement data to provide strategic recommendations.
- Drive continuous improvement across HR programs and the employee experience.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience.
- Demonstrated experience partnering with global HR teams and stakeholders across multiple countries or regions is required.
- Experience supporting leaders in a matrixed organization.
- Strong background in talent management, talent reviews, calibration, succession planning, and workforce planning.
- Experience managing complex employee relations and performance management matters.
- Strong coaching, influencing, and executive partnership skills.
- Experience in a technology, SaaS, software, or other fast-paced corporate environment is strongly preferred.
- Experience using HR data and analytics to influence business decisions is a plus.
