About the opportunity
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Hours: 7:30am to 4pm or 8am to 4:30pm or 9am to 5:30pm (with a 1-hour lunch)
Setting: Onsite
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic HR partner to leaders and employees across assigned business units
- Investigate and resolve employee relations matters in a timely and compliant manner
- Advise managers on HR policies, best practices, coaching, counseling, and performance management
- Partner closely with Talent Acquisition to support hiring, onboarding, and new hire integration
- Support workforce planning, organizational development, and HR documentation across client groups
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of professional experience in an HR Business Partner or similar HR generalist role
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience in a Healthcare setting
- Demonstrated knowledge of Employee Relations practices and HR compliance
- Ability to manage multiple client groups and competing priorities simultaneously
- Strong collaboration skills with experience working across cross-functional teams
