About the role
We are seeking a Site HR Business Partner to join our leadership team at our integrated pharmacy and fulfillment facility in Arizona. This fast-paced, highly regulated environment combines pharmacy, manufacturing, fulfillment, engineering, quality, and support functions. The primary focus of this role is to serve as the strategic HR partner for the site, translating business objectives into effective people strategies that enhance leadership capabilities, improve organizational performance, and support scalable growth.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary HR Business Partner and a key member of the site leadership team
- Develop and implement the site’s people strategy aligned with business goals
- Partner with leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent development initiatives
- Coach leaders through performance management, organizational change, and complex people decisions
- Lead employee relations efforts, including workplace investigations and performance discussions
- Utilize workforce data and operational insights to drive organizational improvements
- Build trusted relationships with leadership through sound judgment and practical guidance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Talent Acquisition, Legal, Total Rewards, and Safety
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and develop scalable solutions to support growth
- Promote a culture of accountability, high performance, and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including supporting operational or frontline organizations
- Experience in manufacturing, fulfillment, distribution, pharmacy, healthcare, or similar complex environments
- Demonstrated success partnering with business leaders to solve organizational challenges
- Strong employee relations background, including investigations, performance management, and conflict resolution
- Proficiency in using workforce data and operational insights to influence decisions
- Exceptional coaching and influencing skills across all organizational levels
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Arizona
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment
