HR Business Partner
About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to provide comprehensive HR support to business leaders and employees across multiple functional areas. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to management, helping drive organizational success through effective human resources programs, employee relations, talent initiatives, compliance, and workforce planning. The ideal candidate is a collaborative HR professional who combines strong business acumen with a passion for supporting people, developing talent, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders to implement and support HR programs that drive business performance and operational success.
- Provide guidance and coaching on employee relations matters, performance management, organizational effectiveness, and workforce planning.
- Support talent acquisition efforts, employee development initiatives, succession planning, and talent management programs.
- Assist leaders in interpreting and applying company policies, employment laws, and HR best practices.
- Conduct thorough and objective investigations into employee concerns and recommend appropriate resolutions.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and company regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Analyze workforce and HR data, prepare reports, and provide insights to support business decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Five (5) or more years of progressive professional Human Resources experience.
- Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience may be considered.

- Ability to build trusted relationships with managers and employees at all levels.
- Strong consultation, coaching, and influencing skills.
- Experience conducting workplace investigations and resolving employee relations matters.
- Ability to interpret and communicate policies, procedures, and employment regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
Schedule
Shift Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
