HR Business Partner

About the role

We are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to provide HR support for our Global Operations organization. This position will support the Global Operations organization’s mission and will partner with managers and employees to help execute HR strategies that support organizational and people effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Global Operations HR team and business leaders to understand business needs and support implementation of HR plans and programs
• Provide guidance to managers and employees on day-to-day people-related matters with support from senior HRBPs
• Analyze and interpret HR metrics to identify trends and provide data-driven insights to improve employee experience and organizational effectiveness
• Conduct headcount analysis, assist with workforce planning and support recruitment efforts
• Support key HR processes including performance management, talent reviews, development planning, mobility, and compensation cycles
• Partner with managers and employees to help resolve employee concerns, ensuring fair and consistent practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams to support effective HR service delivery and employee engagement initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred or in progress)
• 5-7 years of HR experience across areas such as employee relations, performance management, talent management, or HR operations
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations
• Experience working with data tools (e.g., Excel, dashboards, or HR systems) to support reporting and decision-making
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and establish trust
• Able to manage multiple priorities, work in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate effectively in a matrixed organization

Pay

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 112,000 USD - 178,250 USD for Level 3, and 144,000 USD - 230,000 USD for Level 4.
