Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive HRBP support for all employees, ensuring a seamless experience in areas such as employee relations, compliance guidance, recruitment assistance for open positions and proactive performance management strategies.
- Drive Talent Assessment, Succession Planning and Talent conversations, connecting talent needs across the organization and associated training programs fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Lead the coordination of the performance, salary and incentive review process for the division, working closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure fairness, transparency and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Execute day-to-day role responsibilities driving and supporting the evolution and ever-changing business.
- Lead cross organization projects as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree, with an emphasis on HR/Business or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in associate relations or HR
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to challenge the status quo and drive results in a fast-paced environment
