About the role
The ideal candidate will provide strategic support to the HR department, focusing on improving employee engagement and retention.
Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of HR initiatives aimed at enhancing employee satisfaction and performance.
- Conduct regular surveys to gather feedback from employees and analyze results to identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with managers to develop and implement training programs that address skill gaps and career development needs.
- Coordinate team-building activities and social events to foster a positive work environment.
- Assist in resolving employee relations issues and mediating conflicts between colleagues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HR or a similar field.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with employees and management.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
