HR Business Partner

This role is based in San Diego, CA and can be 100% remote, though preference will be given to candidates local to San Diego who can work onsite 1–2 days per week.

This position focuses on partnering with HR teams to drive strategic initiatives and support organizational growth within a dynamic, industry-leading organization.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR Business Partners to drive initiatives aligned to the business unit or regional strategy.
• Act as an organizer between the HRBPs and global Centers of Excellence (COEs) to ensure HR programs align with internal client needs.
• Provide HR policy, process, and program advice and coaching to employees and managers when appropriate.
• Drive projects as determined in the annual HR operational plan and coordinate across the global HRBP team to deliver business and HR initiatives such as organization reviews, performance management, compensation planning, talent review and succession planning, and workforce restructurings.
• Support HRBPs in executing strategic workforce planning, calibration and succession planning, organization design, change management, and culture initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience supporting HR programs or HR Business Partners.
• Strong organization and project coordination skills.
• Ability to handle administrative and transactional HR work.
• Experience with performance management, talent management, workforce planning, and succession planning.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills.
