About the role

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) provides business performance coaching and consulting to leaders in workforce planning, leadership and team effectiveness, organizational design, change management, talent acquisition, performance management, and related areas. This role acts as an integrated HR function, ensuring alignment between HR processes and business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clear and timely direction on HR issues and their business implications.
  • Actively participate in business decisions, offering coaching and consulting on talent management, including selection, assessment, development, retention, and diversity.
  • Align HR processes with business and corporate objectives, keeping clients informed of policy changes and counseling managers and employees.
  • Serve as a credible business partner and employee advocate.
  • Lead the identification and forecasting of human resource needs, assisting in recruitment, interviewing, and selection.
  • Develop and update job descriptions and conduct needs assessments for key roles.
  • Administer the performance management system, participate in disciplinary issues, and manage employee relations.
  • Oversee salary planning for the client group.
  • Maintain knowledge of environmental factors influencing the business, including HR legislation and best practices.
  • Apply strong business knowledge to influence decisions and understand industry context.
  • Deliver high-quality HR products and services to meet client needs and achieve short- and long-term objectives.
  • Establish and maintain direct client relationships, gathering feedback to respond to evolving needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 8–10 years of HR experience or equivalent education and experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
