About the Role

We’re hiring an HR Business Partner to work with our Modelling organization, supporting Research and Engineering through an extraordinary phase of growth.

Responsibilities

• Organizational design: Help teams and structures evolve as we scale.
• Leadership: Coach managers and strengthen leadership capability.
• Talent: Drive performance, talent development, and succession planning.

• People strategy: Shape priorities and build new ways of working as we scale.

Requirements

• 5+ years of HRBP or People Partner experience.
• Experience partnering with Engineering, Research, or similarly technical teams.
• Worked in a startup, scale-up, or other high-growth environment.
• Supported distributed teams and leaders in a global context.
• Exceptional written communication skills—clear, concise, and influential.
• Collaborative, low-ego, and invested in making the whole team better.

Location

This role is based in London and follows a hybrid working model. We’re looking for someone who enjoys collaborating in person and can regularly work from our London office alongside the leaders and teams they’ll support.

Pay

Salary Range: £90,000 – £120,000
