HR Business Partner

This HR Business Partner will support a diverse and complex client group, including the Switchgear and GC Proposals organizations, the Electrification Distribution Solutions Commercial Operations Office, the Business Process organization, Engineering Tools, and employees participating in early talent programs. This role requires the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across functions and geographies, providing both strategic guidance and hands-on HR support.

Qualifications for the role:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Industrial relations or related discipline plus 5 or more years of HR experience.
• HR Management experience in large manufacturing; solid HR expertise, including employee relations, organizational development and staffing, compensation and performance management strongly preferred.
• Workday system experience preferred.
• Ability to manage and influence in a matrix global environment.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Change management/facilitation skills
