About the role

Provides administrative support to the Global Rewards Center of Excellence (COE) leadership team for the US Benefits Program.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a level 1 contact for employees regarding benefit questions; escalate to Benefits Manager as required
  • Administrative duties related to PO creation, employee updates in benefit portals and systems and employee reimbursements
  • Process direct bill payments through external vendor's portal for employees on leave
  • Process biweekly HSA and monthly FSA funding
  • Conduct audits in vendor portals verifying employee enrollments
  • Contact employees on leave of absences to follow up on return to work status
  • Support the annual US Benefits Enrollment process through employee engagement and communication
  • Recommend and work through system improvements to enhance the employee user experience

Qualifications

  • 3+ years relevant benefits and/or HR experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; Associate's degree or High School diploma with relevant work experience will be considered
  • HR or Benefits certifications are a plus but not required

Skills

  • Knowledge of US Benefits including medical, dental, disability, 401k, etc.
  • Strong analytical experience working with large data volumes
  • Very high level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Extensive experience in v-lookups and pivot tables
  • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills; able to present and communicate ideas and facts in a clear and articulate manner
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills; ability to empathize and respond to employee queries in a timely and effective manner
  • Strong time management and organization skills; able to evaluate, manage and prioritize multiple highly complex and detailed tasks and projects at any given time
  • Able to manage sensitive employee information in a confidential manner
  • Strong knowledge of computer applications and the ability to accurately perform tasks in the following applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, HRIS platforms (ADP preferred but not required)

Working conditions

Duties of this position are generally performed in good working conditions. Occasional exposure to elements such as noise, dust, chemicals, operating machinery, temperature extremes, etc. Duties may require extended periods of sitting and sustained visual concentration on a computer monitor or on numbers and other detailed data. Repetitive manual movements (e.g., data entry, using a computer mouse, using a calculator, etc.) are frequently required.

Location: Open to candidates in Texas (Hybrid – 3 days in office). Preferred office locations: Richardson, Dallas–Fort Worth, or Austin.
