About the role

Under the immediate supervision of the Human Resources Manager, performs work of moderate difficulty coordinating employment functions and acting as a liaison with the district’s substitute vendors. Under general supervision performs work of moderate difficulty coordinating and providing administrative support for the rental of district facilities. Target start date: October 14, 2026. Location: Murphy Administration Center (District Office).

Pay

• HR Specialist: $22.98 – $24.39 per hour (DOE)
• Facility Rental Coordinator: $19.81 – $21.03 per hour (DOE)

Schedule

• HR Specialist: 6:00 am – 12:00 pm (30 hours/week)
• Facility Rental Coordinator: 12:30 pm – 2:30 pm (10 hours/week)
• Combined: 40 hours per week; 12 months (261 paid days) for HR Specialist and 10 months (187 paid days) for Facility Rental Coordinator.
