The HR Assistant maintains clear separation between confirmed facts, pending dependencies, and exceptions while performing HR-focused tasks. Decisions must reflect the platform’s environment, prioritizing traceability, ownership, and next-action visibility in all HR processes.
Responsibilities
- Reconcile HR-focused tasks with recruiting support, ensuring each checkpoint includes a visible source, owner, status, and next action within the international education platform’s context.
- Coordinate and track documentation for work and study travel roles, maintaining clear status updates for HR-focused assistance.
- Review employee records with deadline management, ensuring all HR tasks are up-to-date and exceptions are flagged.
- Document processes and generate reports to support HR administration, ensuring compliance and traceability.
- Maintain quality control and workflow management, surfacing repeated errors before they lead to downstream rework.

Position Details
Full-time, entry-level role. 100% remote within the United States.
Pay
Base salary: $42,000–$62,000 per year.
