HR ASSISTANT RESPONSIBILITIES
- Aid with employee recruiting functions, such as office tours for candidates, background checks, and job offer paperwork.
- Support onboarding processes by preparing welcome packs, greeting new hires, and handling paperwork.
- Maintain professional relationships with both new and existing employees and contractors.
- Create and prepare reports and maintain necessary documentation for compliance purposes.
- Update the company's organizational chart and seating chart.
- Plan and coordinate company events, including assisting with All-Hands meetings.
- Prepare and send out company-wide communications.
- Assist the HR team with various projects as needed.
- Order Christmas gifts for clients.
- Contribute to special projects as assigned.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
- At least one year of experience in HR Operations or HR Administration.
- A high school diploma, with some college education preferred.
- Experience with HRIS systems is beneficial.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products: Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is required.
