Responsibilities
- Coordinate HR-focused assistance with recruiting support, ensuring checkpoints include a visible source, owner, status, and next action within the context of cultural, heritage, pilgrimage, and group-tour planning workflows.
- Review role documentation (e.g., Travel Experts UK) with status tracking, maintaining visibility of source, owner, status, and next action for HR-focused tasks.
- Document employee records with deadline management, ensuring traceability and compliance within the specified workflows.
- Maintain documentation and reporting for HR-focused processes, ensuring clarity and accountability.
- Reconcile quality control with workflow management, surfacing unresolved items and preventing downstream rework.

Position Details

Pay
Base salary: $42,000–$62,000 per year.
