Responsibilities
- Data entry in HR system to include new hire drug screen request processing/scheduling for field/project locations along with status changes and separations.
- Aid employees with new hire processes, verifying documents, E-verify, verifying onboarding completion and adhering to deadlines for submitting information into required databases.
- Perform general office duties such as scanning paperwork, answering phones, filing, and maintaining electronic documentation and correspondence.
- Absorb and train effectively regarding policies and procedures.
- Assist with drug screenings and other training activities in the training center.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in Office Admin, Data Entry, HR Training/New Hire Orientation.
- Strong teamwork orientation, initiative, communication, problem-solving and leadership skills.
- Detail oriented to organize and handle multiple project tasks and emails.
- Positive professional attitude, maintain confidentiality, and have a high-level of customer service skills for internal and external customers.
- Work closely with the corporate HR team regarding field and office employees.
- Ability to learn and train effectively regarding policies and procedures.
- Experience with Drug Screening or ability to assist when drug screening is needed for new employees.
- Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word.
- Comply with the attendance requirements of the project.
