Assistant, Administrative
About the role
The Administrative Assistant will perform a variety of general administrative functions and clerical duties to support the site Director and the director’s organization. This highly organized role serves as a key representative of the T-Mobile organization, embodying the T-Mobile brand, culture, and values daily in supporting business operations. The role works to create a positive, welcoming, and inclusive experience for customer experience center employees and visitors.
Responsibilities
- Amplify the T-Mobile brand, culture, and values daily in supporting business operations.
- Perform event planning responsibilities including executive visits, site tours, large business meetings, and celebrations.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and organizational charts using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other software systems as needed.
- Balance multiple projects, prepare and monitor invoices and expense reports. May assist with compiling and developing the annual budget.
- Coordinate and manage schedules, arrange appointments, travel, meetings, conference calls, events, and time off.
- Create communications on pertinent information to cascade and ensure region synergy.
- Maintain knowledge and act as a resource for the business unit’s policies and procedures. May file help desk tickets to update/correct permissions.
- Responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management.
- Represent as an extension of Region culture and Leadership Team.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 2-4 years of working experience in providing administrative support.
- Knowledge of administrative support, organizing, communication, and Microsoft Office.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Pay
Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity: $47,109 - $85,001. The range represents the expected total cash compensation for this role at target performance, combining base salary and annual incentive opportunity. Actual earnings may be higher or lower depending on individual performance and overall company results.
National Base Pay Range: $21.57 - $38.92 per hour. The candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience.
