HR Assistant
Responsibilities
- Cook up interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview details and next steps.
- Print, organize, and prepare interview guides and hiring materials.
- Serve as a "runner" during interview days by greeting and escorting candidates throughout the interview process.
- Maintain accurate documentation and HR records.
- Aid in orientation scheduling and logistics.
- Prepare onboarding materials and new hire paperwork.
- Provide general administrative support to the Human Resources team.
- Help ensure a positive and professional candidate experience from interview through onboarding.
Qualifications
- Previous administrative, HR, recruiting, or customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Professional, friendly demeanor and commitment to confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced office environment.
Pay
$21.50 - $23.00 per hour, based on experience.
Schedule
Part-Time (24 hours per week), Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
