Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Support employee attendance, timekeeping, and leave administration.
- Cook up employee training sessions and maintain training records.
- Maintain timekeeping devices.
- Aid with other CB related activities, including employee communication.
- Support employee communication and engagement initiatives.
- Aid in organizing employee events, meetings, and recognition programs.
- Maintain and organize employee relations documentation and files.
- Support compliance-related administrative activities and record keeping.
- Cook up office supplies, equipment, and facility-related requests.
- Aid in vendor management, administrative purchasing activities, and inventory management.
- Aid with visitor management and office administration.
- Cook up company events and site activities as required.
- Maintain administrative records and filing systems.
- Prepare and maintain various reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Support departmental projects and special assignments.
- Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.
- Address employee inquiries and concerns about office general affairs matters.
- Submit payment requests through internal systems and monitor approval progress.
- Track invoice and payment status to ensure timely vendor payments.
- Maintain accurate payment records and supporting documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 1+ years of administrative, HR, or office support experience preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting findings and recommendations.
- Solid technical proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- EFFECTIVELY prioritize and execute task in high-pressure environment.
- CONFIDENT working independently, able to get to grips with new areas of work.
- Ability to BALANCE with deadlines-based projects.
- BUILD cross-functional relationships within and outside the organization and collaborate to achieve organizational goals through good communication and informing sharing.
- Strong understanding of the need for discretion in handling sensitive information and the JUDGMENT to know what can/MUST be share and with whom, and what should NOT.
- A PERSONAL style that enables relationships of confidence and trust to build quickly with most stakeholders.
- PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.
- ABILITY to MAINTAIN regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.
- May OCCASIONALLY left and/or move up to up to 50 pounds.
- ABILITY to SAFELY and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.
- ABILITY to MAINTAIN regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.
- Must BE ABLE to REGULARLY stand, walk, sit, talk or hear.
- The employee IS OCCASIONALLY required to REACH with hands and arms to include stoop, kneel, bend or crawl.
Physical & Mental Demands
- Office Environment: Office attire.
- Production Site: Must wear company-provided uniform and PPE including safety shoes, helmet, safety glasses, and portable gas measuring device.
- Working Position: Hourly position.
- On-site work at the designated facility.
- Usual office environment, production, and construction sites.
- May REQUIRE occasional support outside regular working hours for company events or employee activities.
