Responsibilities
- Supports in functional areas of Human Resources, including recruitment, employee services, training, and special projects.
- Performs additional duties such as employee communications, aggregating information for reporting, streamlining processes, training campus HR assistants, and supporting system HR recognition events.
- Works unsupervised 50% of the time, supports New Employee Experience as scheduled, and supports system HR recognition events.
- Performs general office functions, screens and transfers incoming calls, and assists callers with correct information.
- Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining respectful relationships with all parties.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
- Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and customer service skills with the ability to anticipate needs.
- Able to communicate with all levels of employees, medical staff, students, and agency, as well as applicants and vendors, in writing, in person, or by phone.
- High degree of discretion dealing with confidential information.
- 2 years work-related experience.
- Associates or bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
