HR Assistant
Core Hours
Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
What You'll Do
- Provide administrative support for HR programs, policies, and procedures.
- Serves as the primary point of contact for the HR Department by managing incoming calls, correspondence, shared inbox communications, and routine inquiries.
- Processes, maintains, and updates confidential employee records, personnel documentation, and HR systems.
- Supports employee onboarding by preparing new hire materials, assisting with orientation, and creating employee identification badges.
- Affords benefits administration, employment verifications, records management, and document retention processes.
- Coincides with departmental activities, maintains office operations, manages supplies, and supports special projects as needed.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- One year of clerical or administrative professional office experience handling sensitive information and documentation is required.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to multitask and stay organized.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook & Teams) and other CRM and HRIS software systems.
