Job Title: Field Operations Coordinator (Contract)Job Description This contract Field Operations Coordinator role supports a busy field services team by providing comprehensive administrative and operational assistance. You will serve as a primary point of contact for field employees, ensuring accurate workforce data, timely reporting, and smooth day-to-day operations. The position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with technology, can comfortably navigate multiple software systems, and thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. Responsibilities Support field employees with administrative requests and operational processes to ensure smooth daily operations.Review, update, and maintain accurate workforce data within company systems.Assist with employee timekeeping activities, including entering, verifying, and reporting time records.Coordinate and process employee expense submissions in a timely and accurate manner.Communicate regularly with field personnel through Microsoft Teams, email, and other communication platforms to address questions and resolve issues.Monitor data and documentation for accuracy, completeness, and consistency, promptly correcting any discrepancies.Maintain organized digital records and documentation to support audits, reporting, and operational needs.Collaborate with operations leaders to identify and resolve administrative issues impacting field operations.Assist with special projects and provide departmental support as needed, adapting to changing priorities.Utilize multiple software platforms throughout the day to track, update, and manage workforce and operational information.Apply strong time management and multitasking skills to handle multiple requests and tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.Provide professional and courteous customer service to internal stakeholders, including field employees and operations staff. Essential Skills Previous experience in administrative support, customer service, operations support, or office-based roles.Strong computer proficiency and the ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple software systems.High level of data accuracy and attention to detail when entering, reviewing, and maintaining information.Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with field employees and internal teams.Excellent organizational skills and the ability to maintain structured digital records and documentation.Effective time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines.Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and quality of work.Self-motivated, reliable, and able to manage repetitive administrative tasks consistently.Positive, team-oriented attitude with a focus on supporting field operations and internal stakeholders.Comfort working on a computer for extended periods throughout the day.Proficiency with Microsoft Teams for communication and collaboration.General proficiency with Microsoft Office tools for basic administrative tasks. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with human resources support, HR systems, or HR administration.Background in customer service, recruiting, payroll, or workforce coordination.Experience in roles such as Administrative Assistant, Office Coordinator, HR Assistant, Staffing Coordinator, Customer Service Representative, Operations Coordinator, Dispatcher, Workforce Coordinator, Project Assistant, or Service Coordinator.Familiarity with timekeeping systems and processes.Experience with UKG, Paycor, or SAP Concur.Experience with Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting.Experience with calendar management and scheduling.Experience in operations support, employee support, or field workforce coordination.Exposure to reporting, documentation management, and process improvement activities.Strong ability to learn multiple systems quickly and adapt to new tools.Demonstrated ability to identify and correct errors before they become issues.Comfort communicating with field employees and building effective working relationships. Work Environment This is a contract position based in an office environment supporting a field services team. The role follows a Monday through Friday schedule, with typical hours of either 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM or 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You will spend the majority of the day working at a computer, using multiple software platforms, including communication tools such as Microsoft Teams and productivity tools such as Microsoft Office and Excel. The work involves consistent administrative tasks, digital recordkeeping, and coordination with field personnel and operations leaders. The environment emphasizes accuracy, reliability, and responsiveness, with a steady workflow of timekeeping, reporting, and expense-related activities. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Port Clinton, OH. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
