HR Assistant
Responsibilities
- Manage and own daily tasks from start to finish.
- Escalate issues related to processes or tools as needed.
- Conduct quality audits of outsourced vendors.
- Facilitate reporting and communications to the team, including leadership.
- Apply good judgment in ambiguous situations.
- Drive process and product improvements for WFS and candidates.
- Serve as a liaison between field teams and centralized support services.
- Import and export data within various software platforms, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Manage backend processes related to application creation and candidate compliance.
- Handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality.
- Utilize Excel extensively, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions.
- Develop and maintain data management systems and processes.
- Conduct regular data audits to maintain data integrity.
- Aid in developing and improving data management procedures.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience with Excel pivot tables.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Effective data entry and management skills.
- Excellent customer service abilities.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- Experience in human resources advantageous.
About the Role
Join a dynamic team as an HR Assistant within the Workforce Staffing (WFS) team. This role involves the centralization and automation of manual tasks needed to hire our hourly workforce. You will engage in daily administrative tasks and conduct quality audits of our outsourced vendors. Your work will contribute to backend terminations, general reporting on hires and terminations, and more.
Work Environment
This position is based onsite in Tempe. It offers a fast-paced work environment, providing a great opportunity to gain experience and potentially transition to a more permanent role within the organization. Schedules may include 4x 10-hour shifts, including one weekend day.

This is a Contract position based out of Tempe, AZ.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
