We are seeking a Bilingual HR Assistant Recruiting Coordinator to provide administrative support to the HR department.
Responsibilities
- Support recruiting and hiring efforts across all locations
- Maintain personnel records in compliance with HR regulations
- Compile reports from personnel databases
- Review and update HR information system records
- Enforce company policies, rules, and regulations
- Communicate relevant information to employees and job applicants
- Create hiring strategies for each location
- Develop organograms for each location
- Review and update new hire package forms
Requirements
- Previous experience in Human Resources
- General knowledge of labor and employment laws
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Fluent in both Spanish and English
- 3+ years of recruiting experience
- Associate degree (preferred)
- Ability to commute or relocate to Houston, TX

Pay
$35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
Schedule
- Full-time, in-person
- Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
- 8-hour shift
