Responsibilities
- Support building out and maintaining an HRIS system
- Manage shared HR mailboxes responding to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests
- Provide front line assistance on site in the HR department; triage questions and respond to basic inquires
- Ensure all HR files are in compliance and meet employment standards
- Cook up and manage travel arrangements for employees, including flights, accommodations, Transportation and Logistics, and other necessary arrangements
- Create and manage travel reporting through the travel platform
- Research and compare prices, availability, and quality of travel options such as flights, hotels, and car rentals to secure the best rates and accommodations
- Maintain corporate relationships with travel partners
- Perform other administrative HR tasks as assigned
Requirements
- 3+ years of HR experience
- Advanced knowledge of HRIS system
- Flexible and detail-oriented
- Demonstrate ability to problem solve and take initiative to support employees and the team
- Show strong interpersonal skills and problem solving skills with internal teams and external stakeholders
