Highlighted Responsibilities
- Makes sure all employee files are uploaded into the electronic filing system.
- Runs report queries for various HR areas on a weekly basis.
- Serves as an assistant in completing security forms.
- Serves as an assistant for onboarding needs.
- Conducts research about employees' previous service.
- Maintains inboxes and forwards emails as needed.
- Enters HR transactions into Edison.
- Aids in performance management during the July cycle.
- Assists with other tasks as requested.
- Serves as a backup to the administrative team.
Preferred candidates should have 2-5 years of experience in Human Resources or a bachelor's degree in business or human resources.
