Key Responsibilities
- Assist with business processes within the HR domain
- Align business processes to enhance key performance metrics
- Understand key business processes from the end-user perspective
- Collaborate with the Digital team to ensure functional requirements are successfully translated into technical solutions
- Participate in training solutions and support user adoption
- Compile HR data and metrics from the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and payroll outputs
- Support projects and break/fix solutions through the full system development lifecycle (SDLC) process
- Maintain and troubleshoot integrations
- Develop and maintain a data glossary
- Address a high volume of system-related activities in a timely manner while maintaining quality and internal customer satisfaction
Required Skills & Abilities
- Desire to develop consulting skills with a customer-centric, solution-oriented approach
- Strong verbal and written communication; ability to communicate clearly and concisely
- Ability to develop interpersonal relationships at all levels of the organization
- Strong process- and data-oriented problem solver
- Ability to effectively prioritize a workload of both transactional and project-based tasks
- Capacity to apply discretion and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- Experience identifying operational issues and recommending/implementing solutions
- Experience with Microsoft Excel
- Working knowledge of SQL
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, I/O Psychology, Information Technology, or a related field (equivalent HRIS experience may be considered in lieu of a degree)
- 2+ years of relevant HRIS experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Physical Requirements
- Medium (max 25 lbs): Lifting up to 25 lbs occasionally (0–33% of the workday); 11–25 lbs frequently (34–66%); 1–10 lbs constantly (67–100%). Carrying objects up to 25 lbs.
- Occasional to frequent standing and walking; occasional sitting; close eye work (computer use, typing, reading, writing).
Environmental Factors
- Conditions may vary by assigned work area and tasks.
- Potential exposures include, but are not limited to: blood-borne pathogens, bio-hazardous waste, chemicals/gases/fumes/vapors, communicable diseases, electrical shock, floor surfaces, hot/cold temperatures, indoor/outdoor conditions, latex, lighting, patient care/handling injuries, radiation, and shift work.
Travel
- Travel may be required.
