About the Role
Design and deliver advanced analytics, dashboards, and data models for Total Rewards strategy. Evaluate program effectiveness for Compensation and Benefits, including ROI, utilization, and impact on attraction, retention, and engagement. Translate complex reward and workforce data into actionable insights for HR Business Partners, Finance, and business leaders. Develop and maintain scalable reporting solutions (e.g., Power BI dashboards) and digital tools for Total Rewards metrics. Apply analytical frameworks and methodologies to assess Total Rewards program effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities. Drive continuous improvement through automation, advanced analytics, and new technologies to solve recurring challenges.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, Technology, or a related field
- 7+ years of progressive experience in Total Rewards, People/HR Analytics, Compensation, Benefits, or similar roles
- Demonstrated experience applying advanced analytics to evaluate Total Rewards programs
- Expertise in data analysis, modeling, and visualization, with hands-on experience in Power BI and advanced Excel
- Familiarity with HR systems and data structures (e.g., Workday) and experience with large, multi-country datasets
- Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and executive-ready narratives
