About the role
The States of Guernsey is looking to recruit HR Administrators who will provide administrative support across the HR function, including HR Operations, Organisational Development, and Employee Relations & Reward.
Responsibilities
- Support the HR function by providing varied and wide-ranging administrative support in line with the new HR operating model.
- Ensure essential and fundamental administration, linked to the employee lifecycle, is delivered to a high and consistent standard.
- Support the overall business of the HR function by performing tasks such as:
- Drafting of correspondence;
- Data inputting and system monitoring;
- Maintenance of records and associated databases;
- Collation of information to populate reports;
- Production of packs of information and associated actions (such as redactions; proof reading) relating to formal processes.
