Essential Duties

  • Provide administrative support to the HR department on a part-time basis
  • Maintain and update employee records in HRIS and personnel files
  • Aid in onboarding and offboarding processes (paperwork, orientation scheduling, system access)
  • Support recruitment activities (posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews)
  • Process employee status changes (new hires, terminations, promotions, transfers)
  • Aid in payroll preparation by collecting and verifying timesheets and attendance data
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures
  • Coordinate training sessions, meetings, and employee engagement activities
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and documentation requirements
  • Prepare HR reports, metrics, and documentation as needed

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
