Essential Duties
- Provide administrative support to the HR department on a part-time basis
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS and personnel files
- Aid in onboarding and offboarding processes (paperwork, orientation scheduling, system access)
- Support recruitment activities (posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews)
- Process employee status changes (new hires, terminations, promotions, transfers)
- Aid in payroll preparation by collecting and verifying timesheets and attendance data
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures
- Coordinate training sessions, meetings, and employee engagement activities
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and documentation requirements
- Prepare HR reports, metrics, and documentation as needed
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
