Job Responsibilities
- Audit the HR health of the operation by conducting HR Assessments.
- Support local recruitment efforts, including posting job requisitions and monitoring candidate activity.
- Become familiar with payroll policies and procedures to support accurate filing and documentation.
- Review employee records and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Identify training needs and support initiatives that improve labor compliance.
- Maintain and update personnel files in accordance with the HR File Checklist to ensure consistent and accurate recordkeeping.
- Engage in the hourly onboarding process, including timely and compliant completion of I‑9 documentation.
- Participate in employee engagement programs to support training, recognition, and workplace culture.
- Ensure all required company, state, and federal postings are current and properly displayed.
- Communicate effectively with multiple departments to gather information needed to complete HR tasks.
- Build sustainable working relationships by collaborating with team members, internal customers, and technical teams; provide backup support as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
