HR Admin - Data Extraction

About the role

Allied Global Marketing is looking for a temporary, part-time Human Resources Assistant to join our 4-person HR team for a period of 5-8 weeks. The HR Assistant will perform document and data extraction from HR systems and assist with other projects as necessary. This remote, non-exempt position reports to the VP of Human Resources in our Boston, MA office and requires the ability to work East Coast hours.

Hours: up to 25 hours a week

Responsibilities

• Extract, organize, and file pay statements and other documents from HR systems.
• Provide support for Human Resources operations, including data entry, onboarding, benefits administration, reporting, auditing, personnel record management, recruiting, and offboarding.
• Maintain personnel files and the integrity of employee data.
• Assist with HR projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Relevant Human Resources, administrative, or customer service experience.
• Basic knowledge of Human Resources practices and labor laws.
• Experience entering data, extracting data, and documents quickly and accurately.
• Proficient with the MS Office suite, particularly Excel.
• Demonstrated knowledge of AI tools and their application across strategy development, research, ideation, media analysis, reporting, presentation development, and account workflow.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), UKG/UltiPro, and Rippling.

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Pay

Pay rate: $16-$25/hour, commensurate with experience.
