Responsibilities
- Partner with clients to solve complex business problems and provide impactful advice and solutions.
- Develop lasting relationships with client personnel and further these relationships through quality product delivery.
- Foster a network within the business community and serve as an ambassador of Protiviti in the market.
- Mentor, train, and coach Consultants and Senior Consultants as you facilitate the successful completion of project work plans.
- Focus on helping clients better manage risks associated with their use of technology, protecting and enhancing enterprise value.
- Innovate by identifying solutions to client problems related to technology, helping them to rethink how technology processes are managed by incorporating AI and automation.
- Incorporate analytics, AI, automation, and other new tools and methods in the execution of audit work for our clients, enabling a deeper, broader, more efficient, and more insightful analysis of our clients’ technology risks.
- Support a broad set of potential certifications and related trainings for our team, equipping our technology audit organization to stay at the forefront of emerging risks and trends.
- Work with clients to assess, identify risk, advise, and consult on different technology-related topics, including cybersecurity, cloud assurance, IT project risk advisory, technology risk management and assessment, IT general controls (ITGC), AI and data governance, data privacy, technology risks related to regulations, enterprise applications, technology resilience, IT Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, emerging technologies, second line controls and compliance, and technology enablement.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience with IT audit methodologies and developing necessary audit deliverables, including process flows, work programs, audit reports, and control summaries.
- Commonly used internal control frameworks, including COBIT, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, CIS, ITIL, NIST AI RMF, etc.
- Sarbanes-Oxley Act provisions and methodologies for achieving compliance, in particular the technology implications and requirements.
- A Passion For The latest trends and developments in data and technology, including high-growth topics of cybersecurity, cloud, data governance, privacy, analytics, enterprise applications (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics etc.), disaster recovery, systems development methodologies etc.
- Analytics and technology enablement (automation, AI/ML etc.)
- Evaluating summarizing, organizing, and interpreting data.
- Establishing and cultivating business relationships and a professional network, including with senior executives.
- Knowledge and understanding of the energy and utilities industry.
- Managing day-to-day engagement execution, including workplan delivery, team coordination, status reporting, issue escalation, and review of workpapers and deliverables.
- Ability to translate and communicate technology topics and audit issues to client personnel, including executives.
- Handling project management and administrative responsibilities, such as budgeting, invoicing, and project resourcing.
- Leadership and direct supervisory experience of teams including conducting performance appraisals, mentoring and coaching, oversight and review of work, coordination across teams, and understanding how to motivate.
- Experience working across different teaming models, including offshore resources, is a plus.
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Professional certification such as CIA, CRMA, CISA, CISM, CISSP, or similar strongly preferred.

Pay
Starting salary is based on a full-time equivalent schedule. Placement in the range is dependent upon experience, skills and geographic work location. Below is the salary range for this job: $107,000.00 - $171,000.00
