Housing Stabilization Coach
About the role
As a Housing Stabilization Coach in Sioux Falls, SD, you’ll help individuals and families who are homeless, near-homeless, or low-income move toward steady housing and self‑sufficiency—fast, focused, and with heart.
A Day With Impact: Your day is a high‑energy mix of connection and progress: you’ll sit down one‑on‑one, meet with families, or work in small groups to talk through plans for meeting immediate needs and long‑term goals. You’ll help clients tap into their own strengths, then map out environmental supports that can lift daily functioning. Expect to spend time helping families locate and evaluate programs that fit, and making warm handoffs to community resources and other organizations—so each step forward feels real, measurable, and motivating.
