Housing Stability Coordinator-Resident Engage

About the role

The Housing Stability Coordinator-Resident Engagement position is a Full Time benefit eligible position, Monday – Friday 8:30 am - 5:00pm, occasional nights and weekends at our Niagara Falls office located at 607 Walnut Ave. with travel throughout assigned portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Conduct trauma-informed assessments and develop individualized service plans to increase self-sufficiency and promote independent living.
• Provide ongoing case management, advocacy, safety planning, and crisis intervention.
• Support residents in securing and maintaining safe, quality, affordable housing.
• Foster a supportive environment that reflects the mission, vision, and values of Housing Visions.
• Engage in community-building activities and connect residents to community-based resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Public Policy, or related field.
• Experience working with survivors of domestic violence, particularly families with children.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

Salary range is $25-$28/hr.
