WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Housing Partnership Development
- Negotiate lease terms and advocate for program needs
- Mediate and resolve conflicts
- Support with unit inspections
- Client Centered Support
- Collaborate with case managers
- Educate youth on tenant rights and responsibilities
- Support youth in accessing additional services
- Maintain accurate records
- Provide crisis management and on-call support
- Assist program managers with resource allocation
- Assist program managers with budget monitoring
- Assist program managers with contract compliance
WHO YOU ARE
- Passionate about the Larkin Street Youth Services mission
- Strong knowledge of the Bay Area housing market
- Experience in property negotiations
- Embody Larkin Street Youth Services values and core strategies
- Experience in social services case management (optional)
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (optional)
- Self-starter and team player
- Willing to work in a mostly in-person, hybrid working environment
- Willing to work holidays occasionally
- Valid driver's license
