This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Responsibilities
- Support the prioritization and coordination of modernization demand, translating consult-led and market inputs into clear modernization requirements
- Act as an interface between Global Modernization and Consult teams, ensuring modernization perspectives are reflected in solution shaping and opportunity development
- Support strategy development with strategic partners, including analysis, planning inputs, and coordination of joint initiatives
- Contribute to partner-led roadmap development and execution, aligned to client needs and modernization growth priorities
- Coordinate across Modernization, Consult, Alliances, and Delivery teams to support execution readiness and alignment
- Assist with opportunity development and pipeline support, including tracking inputs, dependencies, partner contributions, and follow-through
- Help enable a scalable modernization pipeline by improving visibility, coordination, and cross-functional alignment
Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in modernization, consulting, alliances, or transformation roles within IT services or technology ecosystems
- Working knowledge of application, platform, and infrastructure modernization concepts and partner ecosystems
- Experience operating in matrixed, global environments with multiple stakeholders
- Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple inputs, priorities, and dependencies effectively
- Willingness to travel up to 25% globally
Pay
$143,640 – $273,000 annually
