Housing Financial Specialist
Job Summary
Performs public-facing, entry-level work involved with qualifying individuals for housing rehabilitation and down payment assistance through the City of Orlando. Performs paraprofessional-level work. Collects and evaluates pertinent information and counsels applicants regarding personal finances all while following grant rules and regulations to determine eligibility for assistance.
Minimum Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Government, Finance, Business Administration, or the social sciences with two (2) years of public contact work to include experience in customer relations or finance required;
- Or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
