About the role

The Housing Compliance Specialist – HOPWA is responsible for determining program eligibility, processing recertifications; and calculation and verification of rent and subsidy amounts in accordance with grant standards. The role requires a compassionate, motivated, and committed professional who will help clients achieve and maintain stable living environments to support engagement in HIV care.

Requirements

• An Associate’s degree or higher from an accredited college or technical school or 1 year of relevant experience
• Valid PA driver’s license and a registered and insured vehicle
• Experience with Section 8 housing and associated paperwork preferred
• Self-motivation and ability to independently complete assigned responsibilities
• Strong organizational skills to maintain records and documentation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate between multiple parties
• A basic understanding of accounting and finance preferred

$22.00/hour - $24.00/hour, Depending on experience
