About the role

As a Houseperson, you will set the stage for an excellent guest experience by ensuring each assigned room is clean and ready for guest arrival. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest’s experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay.

Responsibilities

• Deliver requested items, such as refrigerators, pillows, rollaway beds, cribs, etc., to guest rooms.
• Clean restrooms in assigned areas, vacuum all halls, lobbies, and edges; clean all hall railings, marks on wallpaper, stairwells, and lockers.
• Empty all trash and linen from the Guest Room Attendant’s carts as needed.
• Provide outstanding service when interacting with guests, focusing on problem-solving, attention to detail, and ensuring their safety.

Requirements

• Skilled in using cleaning equipment, machines, and chemicals effectively.
• Enjoys helping others and excels in creating positive guest interactions.
• Can manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of service.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to creating memorable guest experiences.

Pay

$15.30 per hour
