Housekeeping Team Leader

About the role

Join our team as a Housekeeping Team Lead to support our gated retirement community. All of our clients live within our community, so there is no travel involved!

Responsibilities

• Providing leadership, direction, and support to the Housekeepers under the guidance of the Housekeeping Supervisor and Housekeeping Manager
• Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of assigned areas
• Completing assigned work orders and following a detailed schedule
• May be asked to assist with set-ups, requiring movement of furniture
• Scheduling and supervising daily work assignments
• Training, mentoring and coaching new employees

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 years’ experience in Housekeeping
• Previous experience in a leadership role (preferred)
• Must have excellent, customer service, communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations
• Able to lead a team

Pay

Commensurate with experience, starting at $16.50/hr
