Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Inspects all assigned suites and public areas to ensure cleanliness and repair
- Ensures associates have proper supplies, equipment, and uniforms including nametags, gloves, and goggles
- Trains associates on safety standards and enforces them consistently
- Identifies unsafe behaviors and re-trains associates appropriately
- Completes accident investigations and takes steps to prevent future incidents
- Makes beds, vacuums, and cleans assigned rooms
- Verifies and updates room statuses throughout shifts
- Randomly selects rooms to ensure cleanliness
- Performs opening and closing shift duties
- Notifies GM and/or Chief Engineer of necessary maintenance repairs
- Maintains cleanliness of hotel including parking lot and exterior entrances
- Acts as Manager on Duty when required
- Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Performs other duties as assigned to meet business objectives
Education And Experience
- Minimum of two (2) years in a leadership Housekeeping position
- Minimum of High School education, post-high school education preferred
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
- Basic computer skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to exceed guest and team member expectations
- Excellent time management skills

Compensation And Benefits
